  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • We offer free shipping on orders above INR. 999
  • Any Cash on Delivery (COD) charges will be shown at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

  • We ship orders through trusted courier partners.
  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared so you can monitor your order in real time.

5. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery may be delayed due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Courier issues
    • Remote locations
    • Unexpected logistical delays

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
  • You can track your shipment using the provided link.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact details.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If an order is returned due to:
    • Customer unavailability
    • Incorrect address
    • Refusal to accept

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order
  • Deduct shipping charges from any refund
