Refund policy

At MINIM, we take pride in delivering high-quality Jewellery. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our products, we follow a strict return policy.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package.
  • The video must clearly show the damage or defect at the time of opening.
  • The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color/finish variations (due to lighting or screen differences)
  • Size/fit issues
  • Normal wear and tear or damage after use

3. Return Process

  • Email us at minimjewellery2025@gmail.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Unboxing video
    • Clear images of the product
  • Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup via our logistics partner.

4. Refund / Replacement

  • Replacement is preferred (subject to product availability)
  • If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued

Refund details:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer (details required)

Refund timeline:

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after pickup and inspection

5. Important Notes

  • Returns without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted
  • We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet the above criteria
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
